2. Description of Service

viboost.ai is a platform that allows developers to log and share their AI-assisted coding activity. Through MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration, users can automatically track their coding sessions and display activity on public profiles.

3. Account Registration

To use viboost.ai, you must:

  • Create an account using GitHub OAuth
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to viboost.ai, including activity logs and profile information. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the service.

You agree not to submit content that:

  • Violates any law or regulation
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malicious code or harmful content
  • Is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
  • Harasses or threatens others

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated means to access the service without permission
  • Submit false or misleading activity data
  • Create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards or statistics

6. API and MCP Integration

When using our MCP integration or API, you agree to use your API key responsibly and not share it with unauthorized parties. We reserve the right to revoke API access for misuse.

The viboost.ai service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by viboost.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

viboost.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, viboost.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
